1. Acceptance of Terms

Account closure does not absolve you of obligations incurred prior to closure.

Upon termination, any remaining balance (minus pending wagering requirements, disputed amounts, or amounts obtained through fraudulent means) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination. Terminated accounts cannot be reopened, and you are prohibited from creating new accounts.

By using phl168, you consent to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and waive any objections to venue or inconvenience of forum. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
